Q: How do/Can I integrate your stock feed with my website?
 

[A]: Currently, we allow all dropship customers access to our product data feeds. We recommend you consult your web developer with regards to how to best integrate our feeds with your website. If there is any data you would like to see added then please complete a contact form detailing what data you would like and we will see if we are able to incorporate it.

Q: Stock says 0 on feed but available online to order?
 

[A]: Nemesis Now restrict a small amount of stock from our data feeds to process orders from our multiple sales channels efficiently. Product lines with less than 5 will show on the feed as 0 so these should not be listed for sale as these may be sold before you have chance to uploaded your order to us. This value may increase during busy sales seasons to balance ability to fulfil orders from all sales channels. If you have made a sale and the stock feed says 0 please check the website as there may be reserve stock available to fulfil your order.

Q: Is there a minimum order value?
 

[A]: Currently, we allow all dropship customers access to our product data feeds. We recommend you consult your web developer with regards to how to best integrate our feeds with your website. If there is any data you would like to see added then please complete a contact form detailing what data you would like and we will see if we are able to incorporate it.

Q: Can I sell Nemesis Now products on Amazon?
 

[A]: Dropship customers are not permitted to sell any products from Nemesis Now on www.amazon.co.uk or www.amazon.com. Amazon.co.uk and Amazon.com are Reserved Platforms as stated in our Terms and Conditions.

Q: Why isn't pre-order isn’t available?
 

[A]: No Pre-orders are available for dropship orders. Only in stock products can be ordered and shipped.

Q: What are your delivery charges?
 

[A]: What are your delivery charges?Deliveries are currently only available to UK addresses and Delivery Charges are added per delivery address. Our delivery prices are fixed no matter how much your customer orders and you are only charged once per delivery address.

Q: Why do you only deliver to the UK?
 

[A]: Unfortunately, due to current complexities of delivering goods outside the UK this service is not available. The additional documentation and charges required to export goods outside of the UK make this very difficult. As we develop our dropship service, we will review this restriction.

Q: I’ve taken an order and the delivery address is not UK? 
 

[A]: Unfortunately, we can’t deliver that for you. If you wish to process the order you will need to ship the order to a UK delivery address and sort out your own shipping and any documentation required. Using our dropship service to ship goods to your own address is forbidden so please let us know if you are doing this and why using the contact form. If you do not inform about this your account may be blocked for breaching our service terms and conditions.

Q: The item I sold is no longer available, what happens now?
 

[A]: Unfortunately, if we haven’t got the product in stock, we can’t ship it. Please check the product on the website first as our stock feed shows 0 stock on all products with less than 5 available. If our website says the product is sold out, please check the product page and check the estimated delivery date for the next availability. We advise that you keep your stock levels up to date with our data feeds to ensure you are not selling stock that is sold out. If you have no way of updating your stock regularly throughout the day, please consider not listing products that have low availability. Nemesis Now sell on multiple channels and stock levels can deplete quickly from high volume wholesale orders.

Q: Customer received their order broken, what now?
 

[A]: Our deliveries are carefully packed but with delicate products accidents can happen when in transit. Please use our returns form. Where possible send us photos of the damage. When you submit the case, we will process it within 1 working day and contact you to process a collection and replacement item.

Q: I used to have a trade account with Nemesis Now which form should I use?
 

[A]: If you have an open and active wholesale trade account with Nemesis Now use the smaller form here. If your wholesale account is inactive or closed, please apply as a new account using the form here.

Q: How long will my application take?
 

[A]: Most applications are checked in 1 working day. You will be kept up to date via email. Please check your junk and spam folders if you have not received any emails. You should have received the first notification email shortly after you submitted the form.

Q: Why can’t I delivery orders to my own address?
 

[A]: This is not allowed. Nemesis Now Dropship is for businesses. Shipping goods to your own address may result in your account being suspended as this would be considered as personal and not business use. If you have genuine business needs to ship goods to your own address, please notify Nemesis Now via the contact form so we can consider case.

Q: What markup can I put on the products that I sell?
 

[A]: We recommend that products are sold at RRP. If you wish to sell run highly discounted sales, please contact us prior to you offer going live.

My customer has changed their mind about an order, what now?Q: Replace
 

[A]: 

Dropship orders are processed automatically through the Dropship platform.
This allows us to pick and fulfil the order as efficiently as possible , to offer the best possible experience for both you and your customer.

Therefore if you wish to cancel your Dropship order there is a small window of opportunity to catch the order before it has been picked and packed.

As per our terms and conditions:
If the customer wishes to cancel an order, it must be done so within 2 hours of order placement. Contact our customer services team via email should any cancellation or amendment be required. (5.1)

The Customer is responsible for all costs in relation to erroneous order data inputted into the website. This includes and is not limited to, returns handling, administration, and price to replace orders. (5.2)

Q: Why have Products have disappeared from the data/website?
 

[A]: When a product is discontinued, they are removed from our website and data feeds. Products in our Last Chance category are End of Line and have low stock availability and will be discontinued when they sell out. Please ensure you are removing products from sale when they are no longer featured in our data feeds.

Q: Other sellers are selling under the RRP?
 

[A]:Please let us know if you are concerned with other sellers’ sales prices. We will investigate to ensure that terms or service are not being counterfeit products are not being sold.

Q: Why has the product prices changed?
 

[A]: Our product prices are subject to change. Please ensure your using the latest data to ensure you have accurate costs and RRPs.

Q: How do I get access to images and videos of your inventory?
 

[A]: You can access all of our product images and videos from our stock feed via a URL. This will allow you to save the images and videos for use on your website. Also, you can continue to download video and image files including 360 Images from our product pages.

Q: Will the product offering differ between dropship and wholesale?
 

[A]: Our products may differ slightly. As we will not be able to sell multi-packs or sets containing the same item as well as display items designed for retailers such as pen sets.

Q: How much should I charge for postage?
 

[A]: Nemesis Now Charge a standard flat rate for shipping of £2.95 per delivery address. This includes single items & multiple item orders.

Q: Which orders would receive priority over Nemesis Now Stock: dropship or wholesale orders?
 

[A]: Avoid listing low-stock items and utilize proper inventory sync from our data feeds, this will help prevent unavailability on one channel. We Strongly discourage Dropshippers from selling very low-stock items to minimize this risk.

One of the benefits of using our dropship service is that there are no minimum order requirements.

If your order has not been processed yet let us know asap by submitting an order cancellation request form. If the order has been despatched from our warehouse already you will need to submit a returns claim.

Why has my Amazon listing been removed?

If you are creating your own listing instead of using the official Nemesis Now ASIN it will be removed. Duplicate listings are a against Amazons selling rules and are considered as brand abuse selling Nemesis Now goods as a different brand.
