Delivery Information

At Nemesis Now we make our shipping and delivery process as simple as possible.

Please let us know your customers' specific delivery requirements during checkout so that we can notify our courier. Upon confirmation of your payment, all orders placed after 11 am are aimed to be dispatched the following working day. This can be affected by busy sales periods and events so please always let us know if your order is urgent.

All drop-ship deliveries are subject to a £2.95 per address fixed shipping cost regardless of weight and quantity.
 


Additional Delivery Information

How long will it take for my dropship order to reach my customer?

Your customers should receive their order within 2-3 working days of you placing the order on our website. 

How do I get same day dispatch?

To qualify for same day dispatch all of your orders must be processed before 11am within our working days. 

How do I add delivery notes at check out?

 You can enter any delivery notes associated with a given customer in the 'Shipping Notes' section of the address upload, whether you do this manually or through a CSV upload.   

The customers order arrived damaged, what now?

If your customer's order arrives damaged then please let us know as soon as possible by filling out our online Returns form and a member of our team will be in touch via email to assist you.

The customers order hasn't arrived, what now?

If your customer's order hasn't arrived after being dispatched then please let us know as soon as possible by filling out our online 'Contact Us' form and a member of our team will be in touch via email to assist you. 

Will email updates and tracking be provided?

Yes. Once your orders have been dispatched you will recieve an email from us. Your customers will also recieve an email from our courier providing them with regular updates about their parcel and tracking details. 

How can I access my order status and tracking information?

You can view your order status and tracking information by logging into your account and clicking on the 'account' button above the menu bar. This will take you to your account where you can then click to see your order history, as well as the status and tracking information of your orders.   

How will my orders be packed?

Your orders will be packed into boxes or pallets depending on the size of your order and delivery requirements.

Will we be charged additional delivery fees based on size and weight? 

No. All drop shipped items have a fixed delivery charge which we charge per delivery address. This is a standard fee that we apply to single or multiple items that are dispatched to a single delivery address.  

Will outer packaging/postage labels show Nemesis Now branding?

No. The outer packaging will be free from any of our own branding. Rest assured that your customers will not be aware that the item was dispatched by us.
